You have time to day to explore your roots.  Using the links below, you may attempt to trace your ancestors role’s in the Civil War for extra credit.  You are also required to research a Civil War battle with a partner to present to class.

You will be responsible for completing one assignment below.  You may work with a partner !  This assignment will be due on Thursday!

You will choose or be assigned a Civil War battle  to present to class:  You will need to draw a map of your battle on the board and demonstrate the troop movements. Your report should include information telling where battle took place, how many fought for each side, who were the leaders for each side, and who won.  Also, end your report by explaining why this battle was significant or important.
